Death penalty for global warming deniers?

Professor Richard Parncutt of the University of Graz says: Yes. He has published on 25 October 2012 a short essay on the subject, which should be read on the official website of the university.
He writes:
“GW deniers fall into a completely different category from Behring Breivik. They are already causing the deaths of hundreds of millions of future people. We could be speaking of billions, but I am making a conservative estimate.”

On the DeSmogBlog are then also the matching black list with the names of  well-known deniers of climate change. Especially meteorologists, journalists and politicians who have published critical articles of climate change.

What's coming to? Imprisonment for the false predictions of the weather? Disqualifying journalists with their own opinions? We are excited to see how it goes.
